Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager to join our team with a proven track record managing, measuring and motivating a team in a customer-focused environment, as well as successfully achieving targets and KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain a high performing engaged team by providing clear direction and targets through regular weekly meetings to manage all levels of performance.
• Selection and recruitment of personnel for the team as required.
• Construct strong influential relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Drive margin and exceed revenue targets through careful and meticulous management of budgets, financial plans and expenditure controls.
• Met and exceed targets set by Directors.
• Management of any business events.
• Responsible for coordination of all business activities. Continuously improve and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Review performance data, monitor & measure performance of the Sales team.
• Assist in the development of a future marketing plan for business.
• Developing sales strategies.
• Responsible for all tenders relating to professional development training.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Must be able to build relationships with customers and staff and work towards achieving the highest customer service standards.
• Must have been in a Sales Manager role for at least 2 years.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities and an ability to operate in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Decision making & delegation skills

Experienced Sales Representative

Due to business growth we are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to join our team for Account Management, Sale and New business generation.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Increase sales in line with targets set
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with new customers.
• Sales by phone and by in-person visits.
• Coordinate schedule for training courses.
• Arranging meetings with potential new customers.
• Creating Quotes and Invoices for customers
• Manage your own diary to ensure your meeting planning and scheduling maximises your effectiveness.
• Seeking to establish long-term relationships with customers
